Upholstery cleaning prices in Marrakech
Not one soft furnishings cleaner in Marrakech publishes its rates. Here are ours in full, in dirhams including VAT, with the way they are calculated and three quotes rebuilt from end to end.

In Marrakech, EPUREVA prices soft furnishings cleaning by item or by square metre, in dirhams including VAT: 300 MAD a single mattress, 400 MAD a double, 550 MAD a small L-shaped sofa, 600 MAD a large one, 650 MAD a small U-shaped sofa, 750 MAD a large one, and 30 MAD/m² a rug. The textile minimum is 400 MAD for the whole request: a single mattress on its own is therefore charged 400 MAD.
Two units of measurement, and why they differ
This silo counts in two different ways. They are not interchangeable, and that is what makes the grid readable.
- By item — single or double mattresses, L-shaped or U-shaped sofas, small or large. The object has a known format, the working time is predictable, so a fixed price is more honest than an estimate.
- By square metre — rugs. The area varies without limit, so a flat fee would make no sense: length × width, rug by rug, at 30 MAD/m². A 2 × 3 m rug is 6 m², so 180 MAD.
Lines are calculated to the centime and the total is rounded to the dirham. A sofa of another shape has no line in the grid: it is priced from photos, via WhatsApp. Sofa sizes are covered on the sofa page, and the square metre of rug on the rug page.
The textile minimum, explained plainly
400 MAD incl. VAT for the whole request, not per item. Below that amount, a top-up is added. A single mattress at 300 MAD does not on its own justify sending out a team with the extraction machine, the tools and the stain removers.
The practical consequence is a piece of advice, not a constraint: add an item to make better use of the minimum. A single and a double mattress come to 300 + 400 = 700 MAD: the minimum is exceeded and does not apply.
A 2.35 × 1.7 m rug on its own is 3.995 m² × 30 = 119.85 MAD: the 280.15 MAD top-up brings it to 400 MAD. The same rug added to a sofa costs only its 119.85 MAD.
Three quotes rebuilt in full
Studio in Guéliz, a single mattress. One single mattress. 300 MAD, textile minimum top-up of 100 MAD = 400 MAD incl. VAT.
Villa, living room and bedrooms. One large U-shaped sofa and two double mattresses. 750 + (2 × 400) = 750 + 800 = 1,550 MAD incl. VAT. The minimum is exceeded, so it does not apply.
Flat in Targa, before a gathering. One small L-shaped sofa and one 2.35 m × 1.7 m rug. Rug: 2.35 × 1.7 = 3.995 m² × 30 = 119.85 MAD. Total: 550 + 119.85 = 669.85 MAD, rounded to the dirham, giving 670 MAD incl. VAT.
These sums can be redone at home, before any call. That is precisely the point of a published grid.
Stains, odours and delicate fabrics, what changes and what does not
Stains and odours — grease, food, urine — do not trigger an automatic surcharge. Reporting them helps us prepare the job: the method depends on the fabric and its condition.
Delicate fabrics — wool, silk, velvet, or an unknown fibre: the method is confirmed from your photos before the date. The detail is on the mattress page for bedding and on the sofa page for seating.
Mould or an infestation need an assessment: cleaning alone may not be enough, and we say so before confirming.
Drying takes half a day to a full day, sometimes longer: the piece must be neither used nor covered until it is completely dry. If that does not suit you, another date can be arranged.
What the price includes, and what it does not
Included in every rate: the equipment and products, assessing the textile and the soiling on arrival, the colourfastness test on wool or dyed pieces, deep dry vacuuming, targeted stain removal, hot-water extraction in cross passes, the final inspection with you and the signed checklist, and the free re-do within 48 hours on any ticked item found not up to standard.
For you to provide: water and electricity, without which the job cannot go ahead.
Not included: moving heavy furniture, unpicking sewn-on covers, any sewing repair, and the result on irreversible stains flagged as such before the work — bleach, dye, burns, old colouring agents — which are treated on a best-efforts basis and excluded from the re-do on that specific point.
