The calculator in four steps
- The service: windows & shopfronts, post-construction cleaning, sofas, mattresses & rugs, or standard housekeeping.
- The details: the questions specific to the service. All answers are required; enter 0 when a quantity does not apply.
- Where and when: we work in Marrakech; preferred date from tomorrow onwards, flexible or not, name and phone number. Only the neighbourhood and the notes are optional; your date will be confirmed with our team.
- The summary: the estimate line by line, the total, the points to be confirmed, then the button to open WhatsApp.
Nothing is stored. The WhatsApp message is pre-filled, and your request leaves only when you press Send. Then attach 3 to 5 photos: overall views, close-ups of the marks, access and particular surfaces. Replies seven days a week Would you rather write without the calculation? Use the quote request.
Windows & shopfronts: per item or per square metre
- Apartment, villa or riad: 75 MAD incl. VAT per window up to 2 m², 150 MAD incl. VAT per patio door up to 4 m², minimum call-out charge 400 MAD. A window is counted as the whole frame; accessible frames, tracks and roller shutters are included, nothing is dismantled.
- Shop: shop windows at 25 MAD incl. VAT per m², both sides included; glass inside the shop at 15 MAD incl. VAT per m²; shop minimum 1,000 MAD. Flat fascia sign up to 1 m high: 100 MAD per metre of length, minimum 200 MAD; other signs are confirmed from a photo.
- Offices: 15 MAD incl. VAT per m² of glass faces, inside face only, minimum 500 MAD.
Surcharges are calculated on the base price and add up: bars with the glass still reachable +20%, 3 to 5 m by pole from the ground +25%, very dirty glass +20%, paint, adhesive, cement or encrusted limescale +40%. Details on window cleaning in Marrakech.
Post-construction cleaning: per m² of indoor area
- standard tiles 20 MAD incl. VAT per m², any other floor 30 MAD incl. VAT per m²; an unidentified floor is counted at 30 MAD, to be adjusted after photos
- minimum job: studio 2,000 MAD, apartment or premises 3,000 MAD, villa or riad 7,500 MAD
- terraces added afterwards: 10 MAD incl. VAT per m² on standard tiles, 30 MAD incl. VAT per m² for another surface
- surcharges on the base price: many marks +20%, thick residue on almost every surface +40%, furnished property +15%
The area declared is the indoor area, floors added together, without the garden, plot or terraces. The numbers of windows, bathrooms and floors do not change the price: they are used for the indicative duration, shown for a team of 3. Details on post-construction cleaning.
Sofas, mattresses & rugs: per item
- single mattress 300 MAD, double mattress 400 MAD
- small L-shaped sofa 550 MAD; large L-shaped sofa 600 MAD
- small U-shaped sofa 650 MAD; large U-shaped sofa 750 MAD
- rug 30 MAD incl. VAT per m², length × width: a 2 × 3 m rug = 6 m² = 180 MAD
- textile minimum 400 MAD: a single mattress on its own is charged 400 MAD
Stains and odours you report do not trigger any automatic surcharge. No 100% result is guaranteed, and drying takes half a day to a full day, sometimes more. Details on sofa, mattress and rug cleaning.
Standard housekeeping: by the day
- apartment 800 MAD incl. VAT per day, villa 1,200 MAD incl. VAT per day, one person included
- each extra person +250 MAD per person per day
- example: villa, 2 days, 1 extra person = 2 × 1,200 + 1 × 2 × 250 = 2,900 MAD incl. VAT
Included: dusting of accessible surfaces, vacuuming and mopping, the kitchen's accessible surfaces, bathrooms, light terrace upkeep. The area and condition declared do not change the price: they let us check whether the number of days is right. One day does not guarantee that the whole property is fully cleaned. What the amount shown includes, and what it leaves out
Included: the equipment and products needed for the confirmed service. Each line is calculated to the centime and the total rounded to the dirham, in dirhams including VAT.
To be provided on your side: water, electricity and access to the surfaces to be treated.
Never included: clearing out and removing rubble, work requiring a cherry picker, ropes or dangerous access, the outside face of office glazing, sanding and repairs. Standard housekeeping also excludes specialist window cleaning, paint or cement residue, stripping, crystallisation and textile cleaning.
To be confirmed: when an answer is not enough — very large panes, unknown height, unidentified floor, delicate fabric, thick residue — the calculator says so in the summary. The price remains indicative, and no surcharge is incurred without your agreement. All the price lists are on our prices.
The answers that stop the estimate
The calculator does not price a job we would not do. It stops, and says why:
- glass above 5 m, or a cherry picker and ropes needed: we have neither a cherry picker nor ropes
- bars that prevent cleaning the glass: the surfaces must be made reachable before our visit
- works not finished by the chosen date: we come in once all the tradespeople are done
- rubble and items to discard not removed: we do not clear out
- water or electricity unavailable on the day of the job
- housekeeping requested after building work: the request calls for post-construction cleaning
- housekeeping for a heavily soiled property or a restoration: photos on WhatsApp, for a tailored proposal
Frequently asked questions
Is the estimate the final price?
No. The amounts shown are indicative, in dirhams including VAT, based on the areas and conditions declared. EPUREVA confirms the scope and the price after photos or a visit. No surcharge is incurred without your agreement.
What happens after the form?
You check your summary, then open WhatsApp. The message is pre-filled: press Send and attach your photos. Your request is not sent until you have done so. Replies seven days a week
Do I need to provide equipment or products?
We bring the equipment and products needed for the confirmed service. Access to water, electricity and the surfaces to be treated must be available.
Do you work at height or clear out premises?
We do not clear out premises or remove rubble. No work requiring a cherry picker, ropes or dangerous access. For offices, only the inside face of the glass is offered. Special access situations are assessed before confirmation.
Does the calculator store my answers?
No. Nothing is stored: your request leaves only when you send it on WhatsApp. Until you press Send, EPUREVA receives nothing.
Are the calculator's prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every amount is in dirhams including VAT: each line is calculated to the centime, and the total is rounded to the dirham. They are the same prices as on our prices page.
Why does the calculator sometimes refuse to go on?
Because one of your answers describes a job we do not do: glass above 5 m, bars blocking access, works not finished, rubble not removed, water or electricity unavailable, housekeeping after building work or a restoration. The message gives the reason and, where there is one, the right service.
