Request a cleaning quotation in Marrakech

A quotation request takes a few answers and 3 to 5 photos, and it ends on WhatsApp. Here is what to tell us for each service, and what happens next.

In short

To draw up a cleaning quotation in Marrakech, EPUREVA needs the service — windows and shop windows, post-construction cleaning, sofas, mattresses and rugs, or standard housekeeping —, the quantities or surfaces, the condition and the date you want, then 3 to 5 photos. The request ends on WhatsApp on +212 664 58 41 06. The estimate is indicative, in dirhams including VAT, confirmed after photos or a visit, with no obligation; replies seven days a week

What to tell us, service by service

A message containing these answers can be priced with no back-and-forth. The quickest route: the four-step estimator asks exactly these questions, works out an indicative amount including VAT and prepares the WhatsApp message.

  • Windows & shop windows: the type of property; at home, the number of windows (up to 2 m²) and patio doors (up to 4 m²); in a shop or offices, the m² of glass. Then the height, any bars and the condition of the glass.
  • Post-construction: the type of property, the indoor surface with all floors added up, the main floor type, any terraces to include, how many marks of paint, adhesive or cement remain, and whether the property will be empty or furnished.
  • Sofas, mattresses & rugs: the items — single or double mattress, L-shaped or U-shaped sofa, small or large —, the size of each rug, the type of fabric and the main difficulty.
  • Standard housekeeping: apartment or villa, the approximate surface, the number of days and people you want.

In every case: the district, the date you want — from the next day onwards — and whether it is flexible. The date is confirmed with our team.

Three to five photos beat a paragraph of description

After your message, attach 3 to 5 photos: overall views, close-ups of the marks, access and particular surfaces. They replace the site visit on most enquiries.

  • A close shot of the floor, in daylight: that is where the material and the nature of the residue are identified. Stone-effect porcelain and travertine look the same at three metres, never at thirty centimetres.
  • For glass, a photo taken from outside, standing back: it shows the height and whether the pole can work from the ground.
  • For a sofa, a mattress or a rug, the material up close: a delicate fabric changes the method.

Send them in their original format, not as screenshots: a compressed photo loses exactly the detail we are interested in. On WhatsApp, the photos do not go with the pre-filled message: you add them yourself straight afterwards.

What we never put in a quotation

  • A firm price given over the phone. As long as the floor, the glass or the fabric has not been seen, a figure given out loud will be revised.
  • A discount conditional on signing immediately. No offer valid for 24 hours, no crossed-out price.
  • A service we do not provide: no clearing out or rubble removal, no cherry picker, no ropes, no dangerous access, nothing above 5 m; in offices, the inside face of the glass only. And nothing outside the four services above.
  • A surcharge you have not accepted. No surcharge is incurred without your agreement.

From an approved quotation to a signed handover

  1. The price and the date are confirmed after photos or a visit. Until you have accepted, nothing is committed.
  2. On the day, water, electricity and access to the surfaces are available; we bring the equipment and the products.
  3. The checklist is walked through and signed on site at the end of the intervention. Any point recorded as a reservation is put right at our cost, on the terms of our commitments.

Every price including VAT is on the grid of the four services, and the map of the areas we serve shows at a glance whether we cover your district.

Frequently asked questions

What information do I need to send to get a serious figure?

The details of the service you choose: the number of windows and patio doors, or the m² of glass in a shop or offices; the indoor surface and the main floor type for post-construction; the list of items and the size of the rugs for upholstery; the type of property and the number of days for housekeeping. Add the district, the date you want and 3 to 5 photos.

Is the quotation chargeable if I do not go ahead?

No. A quotation request carries no obligation: you receive an indicative estimate in dirhams including VAT, which we confirm after photos or a visit, and nothing is owed if you do not go ahead. No deposit is asked for in order to prepare the quotation.

Can I get a quotation without anyone coming to my home?

Yes, in most cases: 3 to 5 usable photos replace the visit. A visit is still useful when the photos do not settle things — an unusual access, an unknown height of glass, a floor that cannot be identified, thick residue on almost every surface. Either way, the scope and the price are confirmed before the intervention.

What happens if the real condition does not match my photos?

The price is revised before the intervention, never during and never after, and no surcharge is incurred without your agreement. The team notes the discrepancy on arrival and shows it to you; if you decline the new price, the work does not go ahead and nothing is invoiced.

Can you price several different services in one quotation?

Yes. The estimator prices one service at a time: run one estimate per service, or describe them all in the same WhatsApp message. Each service keeps its own minimum — 400 MAD incl. VAT for windows at a private home, 2,000 to 7,500 MAD for post-construction, 400 MAD for upholstery, one day for housekeeping — and there is no shared invoicing minimum.

Will you respond to a tender pack or a written specification?

Yes, for the services we provide, post-construction and glass first among them. A specification is priced item by item, with the surfaces carried over exactly as written in the document received and the prices including VAT from our grid. The administrative documents usually requested are attached on request, including the current professional liability insurance certificate.

Do I need to be there for the technical visit?

Preferably, but not essentially. If you cannot be there, someone must be able to open up and answer three questions: where is the water point, where is the consumer unit, and who decides. Water and electricity will be needed on the day of the intervention in any case.

In what form is the quotation sent to me?

In writing, on WhatsApp, or by e-mail if you say so in the form. A price given only out loud does not exist here: the document sets out the scope, the items line by line, any surcharges and the total in dirhams including VAT, with no tax line to add.

Can the quoted amount go down after the visit?

Yes, when the real condition is better than described: fewer building marks than declared, and the 20% or 40% surcharge falls away; a property that turns out to be empty, and the 15% for furniture disappears; an overestimated surface. The quotation is then revised downwards before the intervention: the observation settles it, in either direction.
