About EPUREVA
A cleaning company is judged on three things you can check before signing: what it writes down, what it publishes, and what it refuses. This page covers all three.
In short
EPUREVA is a professional cleaning company based in Marrakech, at Appartement 33, Résidence Jakar, 55 Av. Mohammed V. It offers four services — windows and shop windows, post-construction cleaning, sofas, mattresses and rugs, standard housekeeping by the day — for more than 195 clients, with published prices including VAT, indicative and confirmed after photos or a visit, and a free return visit within 48 hours on anything that falls short.
What "a structured contractor" means once you check it
The phrase is worth nothing until it can be verified. Here, it translates into four documents you hold in your hand, and into the order they come in:
- A survey sheet filled in from photos or during the visit: surface, exact nature of the floor, condition observed, height of the glass, access and timing constraints.
- A written quotation that reproduces that sheet, item by item, in dirhams including VAT — not just a total figure.
- A quality control grid walked through room by room at the end of the intervention.
- A joint handover, signed by both sides, which opens the free return visit.
An improvised team can do good work on a given day. What it cannot do is repeat it identically the following month with different operatives. That is exactly the difference these four documents create, and the full sequence is detailed step by step.
Why post-construction is our core trade
Marrakech is building. Villas, residences, renovated riads, shops, hotels taken over: the city is constantly delivering new properties that have to be made habitable between the last trade leaving and the keys changing hands. It is a trade of deadlines and material risk, not a housekeeping trade.
The risk is the floor. Marble, travertine, bejmat, zellige, tadelakt: Marrakech uses porous materials sensitive to acid, on which a product at the wrong dilution does irreversible damage in a single pass. That is why cleaning after building work is the most tightly governed service we offer, and why we publish its method and its prices.
The other trades were added because the same clients asked for them on the same property: glass and patio doors once the protective films come off, sofas, rugs and mattresses treated on site, then standard housekeeping by the day once the property is occupied.
The services we refuse, and why
This list is the most useful part of the page. It is short and it does not move.
- Clearing out and rubble removal. Rubble and items to be thrown away are taken out before we arrive, and a post-construction job only starts once every trade has finished.
- Work from a cherry picker, on ropes or with dangerous access. We have neither. Up to 3 m, glass is cleaned from the ground; between 3 and 5 m, only with the pole from the ground, with a 25% surcharge and after checking the photos; above 5 m, we do not take the job, and we say so before the quotation.
- The outside face of office glazing. In offices, only the inside face is offered.
- An intervention without water or electricity. We bring the equipment and the products; water, electricity and access to the surfaces must be available.
- "Housekeeping" that is really a restoration job. Standard housekeeping is routine cleaning: after building work, it is a post-construction job; for a heavily soiled property, we ask for photos before proposing anything.
More broadly, what is not on our grid of prices including VAT, we do not do. A contractor who accepts everything is mostly accepting to do part of it badly. Saying no before the quotation costs one client; saying yes and failing costs five.
One single contact, from the first message to the invoice
The most frequent complaint aimed at cleaning companies is not the quality of the work: it is that nobody can be reached once the job has started.
Here, a job is attached to one single person, who saw the photos or did the visit, who wrote the quotation, who is reachable during the intervention and who signs the handover. You do not explain your job three times.
You can write to us seven days a week on +212 664 58 41 06 and we reply seven days a week; most exchanges happen on WhatsApp, because that is where a photo of a floor arrives in ten seconds instead of a three-paragraph e-mail.
A shop or offices are handled in the same framework: shop windows and glass inside the shop, office glass on the inside face, or post-construction cleaning of premises before opening.
195+ clients, and what that figure does not say
We have worked for more than 195 clients in Marrakech: developers and builders, architects and project managers, owners of villas and riads, hotels, managing agents, offices, shops and showrooms.
That figure states a volume, it does not state a result. Which is why we do not turn it into an average rating, a satisfaction percentage or a wall of client logos. A review gets published when it is verifiable and has been authorised; a site photo gets published when the owner has agreed. Until those conditions are met, the page stays empty rather than filled with fakes.
The same reasoning applies to company age, team size and certifications: we do not put figures on them on this site until they are documented.
What we publish that nobody here publishes
In Marrakech, a "Prices" page without a single figure in dirhams is the norm. We have done the opposite: the grid is online, in dirhams including VAT, and it is the same for everybody.
- Post-construction: 20 MAD/m² incl. VAT on standard tiles, 30 MAD/m² incl. VAT on any other floor; studio minimum 2,000 MAD, apartment or premises minimum 3,000 MAD, villa or riad minimum 7,500 MAD
- Windows: window up to 2 m² 75 MAD incl. VAT, patio door up to 4 m² 150 MAD incl. VAT, minimum call-out charge 400 MAD; shop windows 25 MAD/m² incl. VAT
- Sofas, mattresses and rugs: mattress 300 or 400 MAD, L-shaped or U-shaped sofa from 550 to 750 MAD, rug 30 MAD/m², textile minimum 400 MAD incl. VAT
- Standard housekeeping: 800 MAD incl. VAT per day for an apartment, 1,200 MAD incl. VAT for a villa, one person included, 250 MAD per extra person per day
No tax line is added. These amounts are indicative and are confirmed after photos or a visit: it is the only honest way to publish them. The full detail is on the price grid, the estimator works out your case in four steps, and you can describe your property to get a figure or write to us directly.

Frequently asked questions
Who is EPUREVA and where are you based in Marrakech?
EPUREVA is a professional cleaning company established in Marrakech, at Appartement 33, Résidence Jakar, 55 Av. Mohammed V, 40000. It offers four services: windows and shop windows, post-construction cleaning, sofas, mattresses and rugs, standard housekeeping by the day. What makes you different from an ordinary cleaning team?
Four documents and the order they come in: a survey sheet filled in from photos or during the visit, a written quotation item by item in dirhams including VAT, a quality control grid walked through room by room, and a handover signed by both sides which opens the free return visit. An improvised team can succeed on one job; it cannot reproduce it identically the following month.
Are there services you deliberately refuse?
Yes, and they are written down: no clearing out or rubble removal, no cherry picker, ropes or dangerous access, nothing above 5 m, only the inside face of office glazing, and no intervention without water or electricity. Between 3 and 5 m, glass is cleaned with the pole from the ground, after checking the photos.
Do you work for private clients or only for businesses?
Both. Developers, builders, hotels, offices and shops make up the most regular part of the activity, but owners of villas, apartments and riads are handled in exactly the same framework: photos or a visit, written quotation, handover. There is no shared minimum: each service has its own, from 400 MAD incl. VAT for windows or upholstery to 7,500 MAD for post-construction cleaning of a villa.
How many clients have you worked for in Marrakech?
More than 195. That figure indicates a volume of interventions, not a satisfaction rate: we do not convert it into an average score or a percentage. A review is published only if it is verifiable and authorised, a site photo only with the agreement of the owner of the property.
What geographical area do you cover?
Marrakech and its surroundings: Guéliz, Hivernage, the Palmeraie, Targa, Amelkis, Annakhil, the medina, Sidi Ghanem, the Casablanca, Fès and Ourika roads, Tamansourt and Chrifia in particular. For an address further out, ask on WhatsApp before booking: nothing is added to the invoice that was not stated on the quotation.
