Client reviews

EPUREVA's Google profile shows 5.0 from 40 reviews. Eight of them are reproduced here word for word, with their author and their date: the ones that describe a job, not the ones that hand out superlatives.

In short

EPUREVA's Google Business Profile shows 5.0 from 40 reviews as of 10 September 2026. Eight of those reviews are reproduced on this page word for word, with their author's display name and the date Google shows, with no correction of spelling or style. No testimonial is written by the company and no rating is declared in structured data.

The rating shown, the review total and the date it was read

5.0 from 40 reviews, read off EPUREVA's Google Business Profile on 10 September 2026. A rating with no reading date cannot be checked: this one will move, and this page will always state the day it was read.

Those 40 reviews are not hosted here. They are left by clients on the company's profile, from their own accounts, and we can neither edit nor delete them. The direct link:

Of those 40, seven are ratings with no text: they count towards the average, not towards the quotations. That leaves 33 written reviews, eight of which are reproduced below.

All 40 are five stars. That is the case today, it will not stay that way for ever, and we will publish the less good reviews when there are some.

Eight reviews reproduced word for word, with author and date

The selection criterion is precision, not enthusiasm. The eight below name a surface, a technique or a difficulty. The other twenty-five written reviews are sincere but tell you nothing about what we can actually do; they remain readable on the profile and we draw nothing from them here.

These reviews are in French, the language their authors wrote them in. Translating a client's words would be rewriting them, which is exactly what rule 3 below forbids. Each one carries an English label stating what the job was.

Nothing else is touched: not the spelling, not the punctuation, not the emoji. The same operator's first name is spelled several ways by different clients, and each spelling stays as its author typed it. The dates are those Google displayed on 10 September 2026.

Four of these reviews describe work that now falls outside our four services: marble polishing and crystallisation, floor stripping, an armchair and garden seating, office cleaning. They stay quoted word for word, because a review is not retouched when it no longer matches the offer, but they are not an offer.

What we do today: windows and shop windows, post-construction cleaning, sofas, mattresses and rugs, standard housekeeping by the day, at the prices including VAT on our grid of the four services.

« Sidi Clean », the name the company traded under

The last review in the selection thanks « la team SidiClean », and further reviews on the profile thank « Sidi Clean », as two words or in capitals. It is not a botched copy-paste: the company traded under that name before it became EPUREVA, and the clients of that period wrote it the way they had read it.

Changing « SidiClean » to « EPUREVA » would have been more comfortable, and would have done precisely what we hold against fabricated review pages: rewriting a client's words so that they serve us better. Rule 3 below allows no exception, least of all one that would suit us. The name changed, the review did not.

The rule we apply before publishing a single review

Four conditions, all of which must be met. If one is missing, the review does not go on this page.

  1. The review exists elsewhere, publicly. It can be checked on a platform we do not control. A text that exists only on our own site is not a review, it is an advertising line.
  2. It corresponds to work actually invoiced, identifiable by a quotation reference.
  3. It is quoted word for word, with no rewording, no cut that changes the meaning and no tidying of the style. A retouched review is a fabricated review.
  4. Its author has agreed to it being reproduced, where they are identifiable.

The eight reviews above meet all four. They are public on a profile we do not control, and the link points to it. They correspond to work that was invoiced, and the matching quotation reference stays internal: publishing it would mean publishing a client's accounting paperwork. They are copied character by character. And they are reproduced under the display name their author made public themselves, with nothing added.

We will also publish the less good reviews, when there are some: a page where everybody is delighted convinces nobody, and it is the first signal a sceptical reader looks for.

Why this page stayed empty for so long

The profile existed long before this page. What was missing was not the reviews, it was the point-by-point check of the four conditions above. Until that was done, the page stayed empty, because an empty reviews page costs less than a false one.

The Marrakech cleaning market is full of testimonials with no name, no date and no job behind them. The competitive audit shows entire blocks of anonymous quotations, overall ratings shown with no review total, and "satisfied clients" counted in thousands with no verifiable basis.

A fake testimonial is spotted by three signs — a first name with no surname, a phrase written too well, the absence of any technical detail — and it destroys exactly the credibility it was meant to build.

The reviews above do the opposite: they name an operator, a surface, a technique, and several of them contain mistakes we have not corrected. That is what makes them read as clients speaking rather than as advertising.

What can be checked another way here is elsewhere: the intervention protocol written before the first move, the price grid published in plain figures and the commitments with their limits. Those are evidence you can hold us to, not opinions.

How a review reaches this page, step by step

  1. The intervention is handed over and the checklist signed on site.
  2. The review is asked for after the invoice, never before, and never in exchange for a discount. A bought review is a worthless review.
  3. The review is posted by the client on a public platform, from their own account.
  4. We reproduce it here with its date, the surface concerned and the type of service — never with the name of a client company without written agreement.
  5. We reply publicly, including to negative reviews, stating what was done to put things right.

What we will not do to improve a rating

  • Write a review in a client's place, even drawing on feedback received by message.
  • Offer a discount, a gesture or a free service in exchange for a review.
  • Filter out negative feedback by only asking happy clients.
  • Display an overall rating without the number of reviews behind it.
  • Publish a client's name, logo or photograph without written agreement.

If you have worked with us and the result was not up to standard, the return-visit procedure is described on the guarantees page, and the same contact you had during the job remains reachable through the contact page.

Frequently asked questions

Can these reviews be checked anywhere other than your own site?

Yes, and that is the condition for them to appear here. The eight reviews reproduced are public on EPUREVA's Google Business Profile, whose direct link is given at the top of this page. There you will find the full text, each author's display name, and the 32 other reviews we have not reproduced. We can neither edit nor delete them.

Why are the reviews left in French rather than translated?

Because a translated quotation is a rewritten quotation, and the rule that governs this page forbids rewriting a client's words. Each review is therefore reproduced in the language its author used, with an English label stating what the job was, so you know what is being described without our putting words in anybody's mouth.

Why do some reviews thank « Sidi Clean » rather than EPUREVA?

Because the company traded under that name before it became EPUREVA, and the clients of that period wrote it that way. Since a review is quoted word for word, the name has not been corrected: the rule holds even when the retouch would suit us. The name changed, the review did not.

Why does the 5.0 rating not show as stars in Google results?

Because that rating lives on a Google profile, not on this site. Claiming stars in search results from reviews hosted elsewhere is a practice Google penalises. The rating is therefore shown in plain sight on the page, with its review total and the date it was read, but it is declared in no structured data.

Will you also publish the negative reviews you receive?

Yes, with the reply given and what was put right. A page where every client is delighted is the first warning sign for a sceptical reader. A negative review handled publicly demonstrates the return-visit guarantee better than any sales formula.

Do you ask for a review in exchange for a discount or a gesture?

Never. The request is made after the invoice, with no consideration of any kind, and the client posts their text from their own account on a public platform. A bought review has no evidential value and puts the business listing at risk of suspension.

On what criteria did you choose the eight reviews reproduced here?

On precision, not on enthusiasm. A review that describes a job, a difficulty encountered and how it was handled tells a future client something; a string of superlatives tells nobody anything. Every review reproduced carries its date, the surface concerned and the type of service.

Will you name the businesses that call on you?

Only with their written agreement, and never their logo without that same agreement. Failing that, a reference is described anonymously — by property type, district and nature of the job — which stays informative without committing a client who asked for nothing.
