Our guarantees
A guarantee is only worth something if it says where it stops. Here are ours, with the section nobody writes: the one listing the situations where we owe you nothing.
In short
In Marrakech, EPUREVA guarantees a free return visit within 48 hours on any point recorded as a reservation in the handover report, a price incl. VAT and an intervention protocol confirmed in writing before the first move, the use of certified products and professional liability insurance in force. The return visit covers the point raised, not a whole new service.
The free 48-hour return visit, and its exact scope
This is the main commitment, and it fits into one sentence: any point recorded as a reservation in the handover report is put right at our cost, within 48 hours.
Three clarifications that make it a workable commitment rather than a slogan:
- It covers the point raised. A mark on a door threshold means that threshold is redone, not the whole home rewashed. An unlimited commitment is never kept; a bounded one is kept every time.
- It starts from the handover report. The reservation has to be written down, located and dated at the moment of handover, or raised on receiving the document if you were not present. That is what makes it indisputable on both sides.
- It is not paid off in credit notes or discounts. We come back and do the work.
The handover report is produced at the last step of our intervention sequence and you leave with a copy.
The written quotation commits to a protocol, not just to an amount
No intervention is committed to without a price confirmed in writing. That quotation contains more than a price: surface by surface, it carries the machine chosen, its settings, the product family and the method. That is what lets you hold us to something precise if the result is not there.
Two practical consequences:
- No line appears for the first time on the invoice. The terraces of a post-construction job, a shop's sign, a surcharge — +20%, +25%, +40% or +15% depending on the case — or an extra person in housekeeping are separate lines, announced before the visit or absent from the job. No surcharge is committed to without your agreement.
- The price published online is indicative, in dirhams incl. VAT — 75 MAD incl. VAT per window up to 2 m², 20 MAD/m² incl. VAT for standard tiles on a post-construction job with a 2,000 MAD minimum for a studio and 3,000 MAD for an apartment, a 400 MAD incl. VAT minimum for sofas, mattresses and rugs, 800 MAD incl. VAT per day of housekeeping in an apartment. It is confirmed after photos or a visit, and not before. The full grid is public.
The detail of the equipment and settings named on the quotation is described on the equipment page.
Reference area and arrival record — two safeguards before the first move
The best guarantee is the one that prevents the damage rather than compensating for it.
The arrival record. Before starting, pre-existing defects are noted and photographed: scratch, chip, missing grout line, discolouration, stone already attacked by acid. That record protects both parties. Without it, any later discussion ends up as one word against another.
The reference area. On an old, porous, previously treated or uncertain surface, the protocol is first applied to a discreet patch, dried completely, then approved with you. Until it is approved, the rest of the floor is not touched.
Both documents are systematic on post-construction cleaning jobs, where the cost of a ruined marble or tadelakt far exceeds that of the service.
Insurance and products: what we confirm, and what we put no figure on
Professional liability insurance. It is in force. It covers material damage caused to your property by our intervention.
What we do not publish here: the name of the insurer, the policy number and the cover limit. Not out of commercial caution, but because a limit shown on a website and not matching the certificate currently in force creates a dispute instead of preventing one. The certificate is sent to you on request, before signature, and it is the only document that counts. For a tender file, it is attached to the quotation.
Certified products. We bring the equipment and the products. They are certified and chosen by family — alkaline, neutral, enzymatic, solvent-based — then diluted according to the protocol sheet. We do not name a certifying body on this page until the corresponding certificates are attached to the file.
What we do not commit to
This is the section that makes the previous ones credible. It is written before the intervention, not invoked afterwards.
- Pre-existing damage. A scratch, a chip, stone already attacked, a missing grout line, old discolouration: we record and photograph them, we do not repair them, and they do not become ours.
- A 100% result. On a sofa, a mattress or a rug, some stains, discolouration or odours may remain. On glass marked with paint, adhesive, cement or encrusted limescale, some marks may stay depending on the surface. Bleach, dye, a burn, ingrained rust: the fibre or the surface has been altered. Those points are announced on arrival and worked on a best-effort basis.
- Another party coming through after us. If a trade, a removals firm or another company goes back over the area, the result is no longer ours and the free return visit no longer applies.
- Drying times. They depend on the fabric, its thickness and ventilation. We state half a day to a full day on a textile, sometimes longer — not a guaranteed hour.
- How long the cleanliness lasts. A site handed over clean gets dirty again as soon as it is occupied or a neighbouring unit is worked on. We guarantee a condition at handover, not over time. Regular upkeep is handled through days of standard housekeeping.
- Anything outside our perimeter. Clearing out and rubble removal, glass above 5 m or needing a cherry picker or ropes, the outside face of office glazing, sanding, repairs, a visit after new building work: we do not do them, so we do not guarantee them.
- Undeclared furniture and objects. A furnished property has to be declared — on a post-construction job it carries a +15% surcharge. Moving heavy furniture, fragile objects left in place and planting are not part of the service unless they were written into the quotation.
How to invoke the guarantee, in order
The procedure is short and deliberately free of excessive formality:
- Report the point by message, with a photo and the precise location — room, wall, height. A photo beats three paragraphs.
- Quote the quotation reference or the date of the intervention. That is what ties the request back to the handover report.
- We confirm the date of the visit within 48 working hours of the report.
- The work is redone and countersigned on the point treated.
The contact stays the same as during the job: the person who confirmed the price and signed the handover. Write to us or have a new intervention priced.
- Available 7 days a week

Frequently asked questions
What exactly does EPUREVA's return-visit guarantee cover?
Any point recorded as a reservation in the handover report is put right free of charge within 48 hours. The return visit covers the point raised and not a whole new service, it is carried out by coming back to do the work and never as a credit note or a discount, and it requires the reservation to have been written down, located and dated at the moment of handover.
Are you insured if my floor or my furniture is damaged?
Yes, professional liability insurance is in force and covers material damage caused by the intervention. The name of the insurer, the policy number and the cover limit are not published on the site: the certificate currently in force is sent on request before signature, and it is the only document that counts. It is attached to the quotation for a tender file.
What happens if a defect was already there before you came?
It is noted and photographed on arrival, in a record that protects both parties. A scratch, a chip, a missing grout line, discolouration or stone already attacked by acid are neither repaired nor taken on: they are documented so that no later discussion ends up as one word against another.
Does the guarantee apply if other workers come back after you?
No. If a trade, a removals firm or another company works in the area after we have been through, the result is no longer ours and the free return visit no longer applies. That is why a post-construction job is scheduled only once every tradesperson has finished.
Do you guarantee that my home will stay clean after your intervention?
No, and nobody can seriously guarantee that. We guarantee a condition observed at handover, not cleanliness over time: a property gets dirty again as soon as it is occupied or a neighbouring unit is worked on. Keeping it up over time means days of standard housekeeping, at 800 MAD incl. VAT in an apartment and 1,200 MAD incl. VAT in a villa, one person included.
How do I report a problem after the intervention?
By message, with a photo and the precise location of the point, quoting the quotation reference or the date of the intervention. The date of the visit is confirmed within 48 working hours of the report, and the work is countersigned on the point treated. The contact remains the person who confirmed the price and signed the handover.
Are all stains covered by the guarantee?
No. On a textile, no 100% result is guaranteed: some stains, discolouration or odours may remain, and bleach, dye or a burn have altered the fibre itself. Those points are announced on arrival and worked on a best-effort basis; they carry no automatic surcharge. The rest of the service remains covered by the 48-hour return visit.
