Our method, in four steps
The same one on a single sofa and on a villa after building work. That is what makes a result reproducible rather than dependent on whichever team turned up that day.
- Survey — a site visit, or 3 to 5 photos sent over WhatsApp: overall views, close-ups of the marks, access. We record the surfaces, the type of floor or fabric, the real condition. No price is ever invented over the phone.
- Written quotation — priced line by line in dirhams including VAT, with the proposed date, the estimated duration and, above all, what is not included. A quotation that does not say what it excludes is a dispute waiting to happen.
- Intervention — the team is announced in advance, the slot is confirmed in writing the day before, and the protocol is matched to the surface rather than one product used on everything. We bring the equipment and the products; water, electricity and access to the surfaces must be available.
- Sign-off — the checklist is walked through with you point by point at the end and signed on site. If a ticked item is not up to standard, we come back free of charge within 48 hours.

The equipment, named
In this market, nobody says what they actually work with. We do — because that is precisely what separates real cleaning from surface make-up.
- Low-speed rotary machine with a set of pads and brushes, to lift cement haze without attacking the glaze of the tile.
- Professional hot-water extraction unit with separate tanks: the dirty water pulled out of your sofa, mattress or rug is visible in the recovery tank. That is immediate proof that work has been done.
- High-temperature steam cleaner for grout lines, wall tiles and contact points, with no residual product left behind.
- Water-fed pole, held from the ground, for glass between 3 and 5 metres: no scaffolding, no wiping and no streaks. Above 5 metres, we do not take the job.
- Wet-and-dry vacuum with fine filtration, to capture building dust instead of moving it around.
- Scrubber-dryer on large, clear floors: beyond 400 m², a mop spreads dirt, it does not wash it away.

Proof before promises
We are not going to write here that we are "the best in Marrakech". That sentence is already on every website in the sector, and it proves nothing.

This is the widest gap in the market: of the eight Marrakech companies we audited, only one publishes a real price table. Another has a page titled "Prices" running to more than one thousand seven hundred words without a single figure in it.

- Free return visit within 48 hours if any item on the signed checklist is not up to standard.
- Refusals written down in advance. Neither a cherry picker nor ropes, nothing above 5 metres; no clearing out and no rubble removal; for offices, the inside face of the glass only. We say so before the quotation, not once the team is on site.
- Postponement or cancellation to be notified 48 hours in advance, in both directions.
- One single contact, before and after the invoice. This is where the Marrakech market fails most often — in the sector's Google reviews, the first complaint is neither price nor technique, it is the silence once the money has been collected.

We will not publish testimonials written in-house. The sector is full of them, and some clients say publicly that they no longer believe a word of it.
