Villa: 1,200 MAD a day, extra help on top
The villa rate is 1,200 MAD incl. VAT per day, with one person. Each extra person adds 250 MAD incl. VAT per day, counted once for every day booked.

These amounts are indicative, in dirhams including VAT. They are confirmed after photos or a visit, and no surcharge is incurred without your agreement.
More people or more days in a villa
In a villa, the question is not "how many hours" but "how many people, how many days". The two levers serve different needs.
- Extra people when the date is fixed: a reception, family arriving, a return from a trip. Several people on the same day get through more surfaces.
- More days when you would rather spread the work: one floor a day, for instance, starting at the top of the house and finishing on the ground floor.
You choose from 1 to 30 days and from 0 to 10 extra people per day. The area and condition declared let us check the combination; one day does not guarantee that the whole property is fully cleaned, and any extra day or person is agreed by you before it is invoiced.
A lived-in villa is not a villa coming out of building work
The confusion is common, and it changes the whole calculation.
A villa that has just had building work carries paint, glue, cement or building dust: that is not housekeeping, it is post-construction cleaning for a villa, priced per m² of indoor area, with a minimum of 7,500 MAD incl. VAT for a villa or riad.
A lived-in villa calls for standard housekeeping: dusting, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, terrace. If it is heavily soiled, shut up for a long time or in need of restoration, standard housekeeping will not be enough: send photos on WhatsApp for a tailored proposal.
Outbuildings and terrace, to include in the area you declare
An owner says "300 m²". Once the garage, the utility room, the plant room, the staff quarters or the summer kitchen are counted, the area to look after is often larger.
These spaces do not change the daily rate, but they do change the number of days needed. Include them in the approximate indoor area and, if needed, in the calculator's "anything to add" field.
The terrace has its own question: the calculator asks whether it needs upkeep, and its approximate area. Light terrace upkeep is part of the day; a heavily soiled outdoor floor is not.
Working alongside the household staff already in place
Many villas in Targa, Amelkis, the Palmeraie or on the route de l'Ourika already employ someone for day-to-day upkeep. Our day complements that work; it does not replace it.
- priorities are set at the start: what we handle that day, what stays with the daily routine. Two people who each think the other is doing the kitchen means a kitchen nobody does.
- the person already there is our best source: they know which floor is fragile, which cupboard no longer opens.
- we do not tidy anything away: we clean around belongings and what is accessible, without moving personal effects.
What a housekeeping day in a villa does not include
- specialist window cleaning — patio doors are handled separately, at 150 MAD incl. VAT per patio door up to 4 m²: see patio door cleaning
- paint or cement residue, stripping, crystallisation
- textile cleaning — sofas, mattresses, rugs: see sofas, mattresses and rugs
These services can be booked for the same period; each has its own estimate. A tip on order: textiles go first, because they need half a day to a full day to dry, sometimes more.
A villa's rhythm: two moments in the year
A Marrakech villa follows a cycle set by the climate.
- Before summer, between March and May: the house opens up, and the terrace becomes a room to live in again.
- After the chergui, in September and October: the summer sand wind leaves a deposit in the runners, on the ledges and across the outside.
Add the family dates — before Ramadan, before Eid, before a reception. These are the most requested weeks: book your days two to three weeks ahead.

No. Glass is a separate service — 150 MAD incl. VAT per patio door up to 4 m², 75 MAD incl. VAT per window up to 2 m² — and so are textiles, from 550 MAD incl. VAT for a small L-shaped sofa to 750 MAD incl. VAT for a large U-shaped sofa. They can be planned for the same period.
