Apartment cleaning in Marrakech

The rate depends neither on the number of rooms nor on the neighbourhood: 800 MAD incl. VAT per day, with one person. You add days or people, and the amount follows.

• 1 day, one person: 800 MAD incl. VAT
• 1 day, 1 extra person: 800 + 250 = 1,050 MAD incl. VAT
• 2 days, one person: 2 × 800 = 1,600 MAD incl. VAT
• 2 days, 1 extra person each day: 2 × 800 + 1 × 2 × 250 = 2,100 MAD incl. VAT

For housekeeping, the calculator knows only two property types: apartment and villa. Any home in a building is declared as an apartment. The amount is indicative, in dirhams including VAT; it is confirmed after photos or a visit, and no surcharge is incurred without your agreement.

Extra help costs 250 MAD incl. VAT per person per day. It does not change what the day includes; it lets more surfaces be covered on the same day.

Two cases where it often makes sense:

• you have only one date available, and several rooms to get through that day
• you would rather have one day with two people than two days in a row in your home

The number of people and days you choose is checked against the area and condition you declare. If it is not enough for the confirmed priorities, we tell you beforehand, and any extra day or person is agreed by you before it is invoiced.

In an apartment, the verdict rests almost entirely on three rooms. That is where we put the priorities when the day is counted.

• The bathroom. Bathrooms are part of the day: washbasin, shower, toilet, taps. In Marrakech the water is hard and limescale comes back fast; old, ingrained deposits call for a restoration, to be shown to us in a photo.
• The kitchen. Accessible surfaces: worktops, splashback, cupboard fronts, sink. It is often the longest item in a lived-in apartment.
• The living room. Dusting of accessible surfaces, then vacuuming and mopping. The sofa and the rug are not included: they are handled separately, see sofa cleaning.

Apartment buildings have their constraints, and they are sorted out before the day.

• Water and electricity must be on for the visit. Without them we cannot work, and the calculator flags it at the second step.
• Access to the surfaces: what is cluttered or locked is not cleaned. Clearing a worktop or a ledge is housekeeping time saved.
• Floor level and parking: mention them in the calculator's "anything to add" field, and we plan how to carry the equipment up.

Your apartment has just had building work? That is no longer standard housekeeping: it is post-construction cleaning for an apartment, priced per m², with a minimum of 3,000 MAD incl. VAT for an apartment.

You can. Floors are done last and zone by zone, which always leaves one room free; a washed floor cannot be walked on until it is dry.

Your presence is useful at the start, to confirm the day's priorities: what comes first, what can wait. We do not tidy your belongings away: we clean around them, and what is accessible.

The estimate takes four steps on the price calculator: property type, approximate indoor area, type of cleaning, any terrace, number of days and extra people, water and electricity. The summary goes out on WhatsApp when you send it — nothing is stored before that — and you attach 3 to 5 photos: kitchen, bathroom, main room.
